Founded by Gaelle Drevet, the label's timeless staples align with her vision of fashion as a means to craft enduring memories.

Esprit engaged Retail for the People to spearhead its 4th pop-up in The Grove mall, LA, part of a broader North American expansion from June 1st, 2023, into 2024. Covering 2,360 square feet, the store is meticulously designed to immerse shoppers in Esprit's playful, modern, and cool attitude."

Esprit, the iconic '80s brand renowned for its colorful, free-spirited designs, marked its return to the U.S market with its first-ever pop-up store on Robertson Blvd. in LA. Designed by Thierry Dreyfus and Edward K. Ross, the 2,500-square-foot space was operated, managed, and staffed by Retail for the People, heralding a new era for the brand in the North American market.

Retail for the People swiftly identified the perfect candidate, aligning seamlessly with Monocle's ethos of engaging the intellectually curious, both interesting and interested in global affairs, culture and style.

Esprit partnered with Retail for the People to launch its 3rd U.S. store, a long-term pop-up at 130 Greene Street in Soho. Designed by Thierry Dreyfus and Edward K. Ross, the 3,000-square-foot space operated, managed and staffed by Retail for the People, epitomizes Esprit's iconic spirit of positivity, creativity, and community through an immersive in-store retail experience.

Esprit confidently entrusted RFTP to orchestrate its New York City debut with an East Coast pop-up on Prince Street in Soho. This vibrant space marked Esprit's 2nd U.S. store, featuring exclusive collections and vintage finds. Meticulously operated, managed and staffed by Retail for the People, the 5-month pop-up showcased an immersive dive into Esprit's iconic aesthetic and colorful legacy.

Marcel von Berlin, embodying Berlin's dynamic spirit and urban allure through its provocative high fashion, confidently engaged RFTP to recruit a full retail store team for their inaugural permanent U.S. store. This strategic initiative laid the groundwork for the brand's ambitious expansion into the North American market.

STAY, an influencer's hospitality and home edit nestled in a vibrant space at the Platform in Los Angeles, was curated by style expert @aguynamedpatrick. With a vision to be the neighborhood's epicenter, it hosted weekly events, talks, tastings, and trunk shows. Patrick Janelle's team engaged RFTP for comprehensive pop-up store operations, including management, staffing, training, merchandising, and event support, ensuring STAY's success as the living room of the neighborhood.

An airstream on a mission. Multiple activations at The Grove spanning 2016, 2017, and 2018. This particular activation was the first pop-up at The Grove's Courtyard area and has since ushered in an amazing program. Customers were able to step onto the airstream and shop inside, then watch as artisans hand stamped their jewelry outside. Another cool feature was the stories customers shared by writing on the sides.
